Desserts Frozen Banana Snickers
Serves : 2
Cooking Time: Ready in 10 Minutes (Plus Freezing)
Ingredients
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 100g Jack’s crunchy peanut butter
- 100g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 30g Jack’s roasted salted peanuts, chopped
Method
- Split the bananas lengthways and cut into chunks.
- Dollop peanut butter on the cut side.
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl in the microwave.
- Place the bananas onto a lined tray and drizzle the chocolate over the top.
- Scatter with peanuts.
- Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour until solid.
