Frose

Ingredients

  • ½ bottle rose wine
  • 300g frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 6 raspberries
  • 2 sprigs mint

Method

  1. Tip the rose, berries and honey into a blender.
  2. Blitz until thick and smooth.
  3. Decant into serving glasses.
  4. Garnish with fresh berries and serve straightaway.
