Drinks Espresso Granita

Ingredients
- 50ml vanilla vodka
- 50ml Tia Maria
- 75ml freshly brewed espresso coffee
- 40ml lightly whipped double cream
- ½ tsp dark chocolate

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then add the vanilla vodka and the Tia Maria.

Brew the coffee and pour straight into the shaker, cover with a glass and shake really well for at least 1 minute.

Strain into a freezeable container and freeze for at least 4 hours until as solid as it will get – it won’t freeze to a really solid state because of the alcohol.

Break up with a fork and divide between 2 glasses.

Top with the cream and chocolate and serve straightaway.
