Drinks Elderflower And Prosecco Fizz

Elderflower Prosecco

Ingredients

  • 80ml elderflower cordial 1 x 750ml bottle
  • Canti prosecco
  • 4 sprigs rosemary
  • 4 squeezes of lemon

Method

  1. Divide the elderflower cordial between the glasses, then top with prosecco.

  2. Add a tiny squeeze of lemon, the rosemary and then stir gently.

  3. Serve straightaway.
