Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely grated
  • 4 tbsp flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • 4 pack white rolls
  • ½ pack Jack’s grated mozzarella

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
  2. Melt the butter
  3. Stir in the garlic, half the parsley, salt and black pepper.
  4. Lay the rolls onto a baking tray.
  5. Cut the rolls lengthways and widthways, but not all the way through.
  6. Pour the garlic butter over the top.
  7. Scatter the cheese over.
  8. Place In the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and gooey.
  9. Scatter with the last of the parsley and serve.
