Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Easy Share Garlic Bread
Serves : 4-6
Cooking Time: Ready in 20 Minutes
Ingredients
- 100g butter
- 4 garlic cloves, finely grated
- 4 tbsp flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 4 pack white rolls
- ½ pack Jack’s grated mozzarella
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Melt the butter
- Stir in the garlic, half the parsley, salt and black pepper.
- Lay the rolls onto a baking tray.
- Cut the rolls lengthways and widthways, but not all the way through.
- Pour the garlic butter over the top.
- Scatter the cheese over.
- Place In the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and gooey.
- Scatter with the last of the parsley and serve.
