Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Doritos - Blue Cheese and Walnut Nachos

Ingredients
- 150g Cool Original Doritos
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 50g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 pears, cored and roughly chopped
- 125g blue cheese, roughly chopped
- 75g mature cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
- 1 tbsp roughly chopped parsley

Method

Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas mark 6. Line a large shallow sided baking tray with parchment paper.

Scatter the Doritos over the tray, then top with the red onion, walnuts, pears, blue cheese and cheddar.

Place in the oven to bake for 8 minutes until the cheeses have melted and everything is just golden.

Scatter the parsley over the top and serve straightaway.
