Ingredients
- 750g frozen Jack’s roast potatoes
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp onion granules
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pot sour cream (200g)
- ½ pack chives, finely chopped
Method
- Toss the potatoes with the oregano, paprika, onion granules, oil, salt and pepper.
- Roast in an air fryer at 200°C for 30 minutes until crispy, tossing occasionally.
- Tip into a bowl and toss with 2/3 of the sour cream and chives. Season with black pepper.
- Serve and top with remaining sour cream and chives.
