Dirty Martini

Ingredients

  • 100ml vodka
  • 30g Saint Agur blue cheese, torn into pieces 
  • 20ml Martini extra dry vermouth
  • 10ml gherkin pickling liquid
  • 2 pitted green olives 
  • 2 chunks gherkin

Method

  1. Tip the vodka and blue cheese into a jar.
  2. Seal and shake well.
  3. Refrigerate for up to 4 hours to infuse.
  4. Add ice, vermouth and gherkin pickling liquid.
  5. Shake well. 
  6. Strain into martini glass.
  7. Garnish with olives and gherkin chunks on a cocktail stick.
