Drinks Dirty Martini

Ingredients
- 100ml vodka
- 30g Saint Agur blue cheese, torn into pieces
- 20ml Martini extra dry vermouth
- 10ml gherkin pickling liquid
- 2 pitted green olives
- 2 chunks gherkin
Method
- Tip the vodka and blue cheese into a jar.
- Seal and shake well.
- Refrigerate for up to 4 hours to infuse.
- Add ice, vermouth and gherkin pickling liquid.
- Shake well.
- Strain into martini glass.
- Garnish with olives and gherkin chunks on a cocktail stick.
