Starters/Snacks Dill Pickle Crisps

Ingredients
- 500g potatoes, scrubbed and thinly sliced
- 150ml gherkin pickling juice
- 2 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pot Jack’s cheese and chive dip
Method
- Tip the potatoes into bowl with pickling juice.
- Stir well and leave for 30-60 minutes to marinate.
- Lift potatoes out of marinade and pat totally dry.
- Toss with onion granules, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with oil and toss again until coated.
- Cook in air fryer at 190°C for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally until crispy. (in batches if necessary)
- Serve with cheese and chive dip.
