Desserts Crunchy Strawberry Lollipops

Cooking Time: Ready in 10 Minutes
Ingredients
- 400g caster sugar
- 200ml water
- 1 pack strawberries, hulled (227g)
Method
- Heat sugar and water together in a pan until bubbling, smooth and just turning golden – this will take about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat.
- Place fruit on skewers.
- Dip fruit into the boiling sugar.
- Dunk into iced water until set.
