Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Crispy Fried Egg

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 egg
- ½ pack microwave Jasmine rice
- 1 tbsp roughly chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, optional
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Method
- Heat a frying pan until hot.
- Add the oil, spring onions and chilli flakes and heat for 1 minute until just softened.
- Crack the egg into the spring onions and fry until crispy around the edges and the white is set.
- Serve on the rice, topped with coriander, sesame seeds and chilli sauce.
