Chilli Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 pot 27g crushed chilli flakes
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp onion granules
  • 3 tbsp soft light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 300ml vegetable oil

Method

  1. Pour one by one into a large jam jar.
  2. Set jam jar on heatproof board.
  3. Heat oil in a saucepan until shimmering.
  4. Add hot vegetable oil and stir gently.
  5. When cool, cover with a lid.
  6. Serve with whatever you fancy!
