Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Crispy Chilli Oil

Ingredients
- 1 pot 27g crushed chilli flakes
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp onion granules
- 3 tbsp soft light brown sugar
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- 300ml vegetable oil
Method
- Pour one by one into a large jam jar.
- Set jam jar on heatproof board.
- Heat oil in a saucepan until shimmering.
- Add hot vegetable oil and stir gently.
- When cool, cover with a lid.
- Serve with whatever you fancy!
