Cream Cheese & Cucumber Hearts - Mother's Day Recipes

Ingredients

  • 8 small slices granary bread
  • 80g low fat cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
  • ½ cucumber, finely sliced
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Spread one side of each slice of bread with the cream cheese.

  2. Sprinkle chives onto one half then top with cucumber slices and season with black pepper.

  3. Gently lay one on top of the other, cheese side together then cut into hearts, using a heart cutter.

  4. Place onto a serving plate.
