Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Cottage Cheese And Chive Flat Bread

Cooking Time: Ready in 40 Minutes
Ingredients
- 250g cottage cheese
2 large eggs - 1 pack chives, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- ¼ tsp chilli powder
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan 170°C, gas mark 5.
- Tip all the ingredients into a blender and blitz to a smooth puree.
- Pour into a lined tray.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until set and golden brown.
- Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Cut into pieces, stuff with your favourite sandwich fillings and fold over.
- Eat!
