Ingredients

  • 100ml Costa Caramel Latte
  • 20g Carnation caramel, melted, plus extra for garnish
  • 50ml vodka
  • 25ml coffee liqueur
  • 20ml double cream

Method

  1. To prepare your glass, pour a small amount of caramel syrup onto a plate and the brown sugar onto another one (make sure it’s spread out enough to cover the rim of the glass). Dip the rim into the syrup first then into the sugar (spin the glass to get more sugar to stick)

  2. Put all the ingredients into the shaker (if adding alcohol and cream, use 100ml of Costa Caramel Latte, if not then use 150ml.

  3. Shake! Shake! Shake!

  4. Garnish with 3 coffee beans and strain into your glass.
