Serves : 4
Preparation Time: Ready In About 20 Minutes
Ingredients
- 1 x 560g tinned potatoes, drained
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil freshly ground black pepper
- 1 x 340g tin corned beef, cut into 3cm large chunks
- ½ bunch spring onions, roughly chopped
- 4 eggs
- 40g brown sauce
Method
-
Tip the potatoes onto a board and squash gently with the side of a knife. Drizzle over half the oil and plenty of black pepper, then toss to combine.
-
Tip into the air fryer and set onto MAX CRISP for 10 minutes, tossing half way through.
-
Add the corned beef and ¾ of the spring onions on top. Set back to MAX CRISP for another 4-5 minutes until everything is hot through and crispy.
-
Meanwhile, heat a frying pan until hot. Add the remainder of the oil and fry the eggs, to your liking.
-
Divide the hash between serving plates, drizzle the brown sauce over the top, then lay the fried egg on top and scatter the remaining spring onion on top. Finish with a little more black pepper and serve straightaway.
