Ingredients
- 75g butter
- 50g golden syrup
- 300g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 250g coffee caramel chocolate digestives, roughly chopped
- 75g rice pops
- 100g sultanas

Method

Line a 20cm square tin with parchment paper.

Place the butter, golden syrup and chocolate into a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Heat until just melted, then remove and stir until smooth.

Stir in the coffee caramel chocolate digestives, rice pops and the sultanas and mix well until totally coated into the chocolate mixture.

Tip the mixture into the lined tin and flatten, pressing into the corners. Place in the fridge for 1 hour until set then remove and cut into squares.
