Drinks Cocktails

Ingredients
Bloody Mary With Vodka
- 100ml vodka
- 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
- 5-6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ lemon, juiced
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 400ml tomato juice
- 2 sticks celery
Pineapple Mojito With Spiced Rum
- 100ml spiced rum
- 1 lime, cut into small wedges
- 8 sprigs mint, leaves picked
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or runny honey
- 300ml pineapple juice
Gin Negroni
- 50ml gin
- 50ml vermouth rosso
- 50ml Campari
- 1 orange
Method
Bloody Mary With Vodka

Fill 2 hi balls tumblers with ice.

Add the vodka, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon and black pepper then stir really well.

Add the tomato juice and stir with the celery sticks until combined.

Serve with the celery sticks.
Pineapple Mojito With Spiced Rum

Pour the rum into a tall glass.

Add the lime wedges, mint leaves and the maple syrup/honey then bash together with the end of a rolling pin or a muddler.

Add ice to the glass then the pineapple juice and stir to combine.

Serve with a wedge of pineapple on the edge of the glass.
Gin Negroni

Fill 2 short tumblers with ice.

Pour the gin, vermouth and Campari into the glasses and stir briefly.

Peel 4 slivers of peel from the orange and drop into the glasses.

Cut 2 slices from the orange and add to the glass then stir once more.

Serve immediately.
