Crumpet Churros

Ingredients

  • 1 pack 6 Crumpets, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp light soft brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • ¼ pot Jack’s Hazelnut Chocolate Spread

Method

  1. Toss the crumpet chunks with the olive oil.
  2. Add sugar, cinnamon and lemon and toss again until coated.
  3. Tip into an Airfyer and cook at 200°C for 6-8 minutes until golden and just crispy.
  4. Serve dunking the churros into the hazelnut and chocolate spread.
