Lunch/Dinner Christmas Turkey & Vegetable Pasty

Ingredients
- 450g Cooked turkey, diced
- 50g Cooked carrots, chopped
- 50g Brussels sprouts, chopped
- 2 Cooked potatoes, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3-4 tbsp Gravy
- 450g Puff pastry
- Flour, for dusting
- 1 Egg, beaten
Method

Heat the oven to 180°C, 160°C fan, 350°F, gas 4. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

Combine the meat and vegetables and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the gravy and mix well.

Roll out the pastry on a floured surface and cut out 4 rounds, using an upturned plate as a guide.

Divide the filling equally between the rounds, leaving a ½ cm space at the edges.

Dampen the edges and draw up to meet on top of the filling. Crimp the edges firmly together and make a small slit in the top to allow the steam to escape.

Place on a baking tray, brush with beaten egg and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
