Breakfast Christmas Gingerbread Porridge
Ingredients
- 80g Quaker oats
- 480ml semi-skimmed milk
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 15g dried cranberries
- 20g crushed ginger biscuits (approx. 2 biscuits)
- 1tbsp honey
Method

Heat the milk with the ground ginger. Add the oats and simmer until thick and creamy.

Split between two bowls and top with cranberries, crushed biscuits and honey.
