Desserts Chocolate Malteser Cup
Serves : 4-6
Preparation Time: 2 Hours
Ingredients
- 225mls double cream
- 75ml Baileys
- 150g dark chocolate chips (44-54% cocoa)
- 75g Maltesers, crushed
- Chocolates to decorate – whatever you fancy
Method

Heat cream and Baileys together until simmering.

Add chocolate chips.

Remove from the heat and stir until melted.

Scatter Maltesers over the top and fold in.

Pour into serving glasses/cups.

Refrigerate until set – 1- 2hours.

Decorate with chocolates.
