Desserts Chocolate Lava Air Fryer Cake

Ingredients
- 75g butter
- 75g dark 70% chocolate, roughly chopped
- 75g light soft brown sugar
- 75g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 orange, zested
- Cream and mixed berries, to serve
Method
- Tip the butter and chocolate into a heatproof bowl.
- Microwave on high for 1½-2 minutes until melted.
- Stir until combined and smooth.
- Add the sugar, flour, eggs and orange zest.
- Mix to a smooth batter.
- Grease 2 small mugs.
- Divide the batter between the 2 mugs.
- Place in an air fryer on 200°C for 10 minutes until risen, golden and set.
- Carefully remove from the air fryer and place a plate over the top.
- Using a tea towel, flip over and ease the cake out onto the plates.
- Serve straightaway with a little cream and berries.
