Chocolate Heart Bark

Ingredients

  • 360g Cadbury’s Dairy Milk
  • 160g Cadbury’s Caramilk
  • 100g raspberries

Method

  1. Crack unwrapped Dairy Milk chocolate on work surface to break into pieces.
  2. Tip into a heatproof bowl.
  3. Place in the microwave to heat on high for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir gently until smooth then tip onto a greaseproof lined tray.
  5. Spread to the edges.
  6. Crack unwrapped Caramilk chocolate on the work surface to break into pieces.
  7. Tip into a heatproof bowl.
  8. Place in the microwave to heat for 2 minutes.
  9. Stir gently until smooth then spoon into a piping bag.
  10. Pipe hearts onto parchment paper.
  11. Set aside in fridge for 30-40 minutes until set.
  12. Place raspberries into heart shape.
  13. Serve hearts around.
