Chickles

Ingredients

  • ½ pack Jack’s grated mozzarella
  • ½ pack jack’s grated mature cheddar
  • 1 pinch chilli powder
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 3-4 gherkins, cut into pieces

Method

  1. Mix the cheeses together and season with a little chilli powder and black pepper.
  2. Heat a frying pan until hot.
  3. Place a gherkin cut side down, into the pan.
  4. Place a small pile of the cheese over the top and around the edges.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted and is golden around the edges.
  6. Flip over briefly and cook on the other side.
  7. Repeat with the remaining pickles and cheese.
  8. Remove and serve.
