Lunch/Dinner Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients
- 1 x 350g jar Loyd Grossman Tomato and Basil Sauce
- 4 medium, skinless chicken breasts
- 50g fresh breadcrumbs
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6/180°C fan oven.

Place the chicken breasts into a shallow ovenproof dish and pour over the Tomato and Basil Sauce.

Mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese together and sprinkle over the sauce.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is crisp and golden.
