Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients

  • 1 x 350g jar Loyd Grossman Tomato and Basil Sauce
  • 4 medium, skinless chicken breasts
  • 50g fresh breadcrumbs
  • 50g Parmesan cheese, grated

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6/180°C fan oven.

  2. Place the chicken breasts into a shallow ovenproof dish and pour over the Tomato and Basil Sauce.

  3. Mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese together and sprinkle over the sauce.

  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is crisp and golden.

 

Tip

Try replacing the Parmesan cheese with a mixture of grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

 

Serving Suggestions

Serve with boiled rice and rocket salad.
