Ingredients
- ½ tsp mint sauce
- 50g 0% Greek yoghurt
- 1 x seeded or wholemeal wrap
- 80g cooked tikka chicken breast slices
- 40g finely sliced peppers
- 40g lettuce
- 1 x mini light cheese
- 80g cucumber sticks
- 80g cherry tomatoes
- 1 apple, sliced
- 15g dried mango
Method

Mix the mint sauce and yoghurt together in a small bowl.

Spread the wrap with the minted yoghurt, then lay the chicken across the middle of the wrap.

Top with the peppers and lettuce then fold in the sides of the wrap, leaving the centre exposed.

Place into a sealable container then add the remaining items.

Seal and keep cool in a cold bag or refrigerate until needed.
