Cheesey Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 1 x 450g pack gnocchi
  • Spray oil
  • 90g grated mature cheddar
  • 1 x 350g pot Jack’s tomato and basil sauce
  • 4 basil sprigs

Method

  1. Tip the gnocchi into an air fryer, spray with the oil, season with black pepper then toss together until coated. Turn the air fryer onto high (200ºC) and cook for 6-7 minutes, shaking them halfway through.

  2. Scatter the cheese over the top of the crispy gnocchi and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, heat the pasta sauce according to packet instructions.

  4. Divide the sauce between serving bowls. Lay the cheesy gnocchi onto the sauce, then place the basil on top and serve straightaway.
