Choose your Cheese | Best Cheese Board Cheeses for Sharing

Ingredients

  • 200g stilton, cut into wedges
  • 200g extra mature cheddar cheese, cut into thick slices
  • 200g brie
  • 250g soft goat’s cheese, cut into rings
  • 300g mixed biscuits for cheese
  • 100g tomato chutney
  • 200g mixed grapes
  • 100g roasted mixed nuts
  • 2 pears, cored and thickly sliced
  • 2 apples, cored and thickly sliced
  • 3-4 sprigs sage, rosemary and bay leaves

Method

  1. Lay the cheese in little fans around a large board, mixing in stacks of biscuits and piles of nuts, grapes and fruit in between. Spoon the chutney into small pots and place alongside. Decorate with sprigs of sage, rosemary and bay leaves.

  2. Serve at room temperature.
