Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Cheat's Parma Ham and Goats Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 medium naan breads
- 40g sun dried tomato pesto
- 4 slices Parma ham
- 80g soft goat’s cheese
- 60g sun blush tomatoes
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 large sprigs basil

Method

Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas mark 7.

Lay the naan breads onto a flat oven tray and spread with the sun dried tomato pesto, leaving a small border around the edges.

Tear 2 slices of Parma ham into large pieces and scatter over the tomato pesto.

Tear the goat’s cheese into small chunks and drop over the ham then scatter the sun blush tomatoes in between.

Place in the oven to bake for 8 minutes until the Parma ham is crispy and the cheese just melted.

Tear the remaining Parma ham over the top and finish with the basil and serve straightaway with plenty of black pepper.
