How to make chilli salsa recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp onion granules/powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp dried chili flakes
  • 1 x 400g tinned chopped tomatoes

Method

  1. Heat a frying pan until warm. Add all the ingredients and bring to the boil. Turn the heat down and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened then decant into a serving bowl.

  2. Serve hot or cold with crackers, breadsticks, crudités and crisps.
