Ingredients
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp onion granules/powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp dried chili flakes
- 1 x 400g tinned chopped tomatoes

Method

Heat a frying pan until warm. Add all the ingredients and bring to the boil. Turn the heat down and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened then decant into a serving bowl.

Serve hot or cold with crackers, breadsticks, crudités and crisps.
