chilli pizza recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 x flat breads
  • 200g tomato and chilli pasta sauce
  • 60g mature cheddar cheese, grated
  • 30g finely sliced chorizo
  • 30g pitted green olives
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 20g rocket

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220C, fan 200C, gas mark 7.

  2. Lay the flat breads onto a flat oven tray and spread with the tomato and chilli sauce, leaving a small border around the edges.

  3. Scatter 2/3 of the cheese over the tomato sauce and all the chorizo. Add the olives and the remainder of the cheese and plenty of black pepper.

  4. Place in the oven to bake for 8 minutes until the cheese is just golden and bubbling.

  5. Top with the rocket and serve straightaway.
