Lunch/Dinner Breakfast Lasagne

Ingredients
- 1 x pack Jack’s 6 Cumberland sausages
- 1 x 200g pack Jack’s smoked streaky bacon
- 1 pack Black Pudding
- 2/3 pack Jack’s frozen hash browns
- 80g baby spinach
- 1 x 400g Jack’s baked beans
- ¾ pack Jack’s grated mature cheddar cheese
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Cook the sausages, bacon, black pudding and hash browns according to pack instructions.
- Layer the hash browns into the bottom of a medium ovenproof dish.
- Top with the black pudding, bacon, spinach, halved sausages, beans and cheese.
- Place in the oven to bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Serve straightaway.
