Breakfast Lasagne

Ingredients

  • 1 x pack Jack’s 6 Cumberland sausages
  • 1 x 200g pack Jack’s smoked streaky bacon
  • 1 pack Black Pudding
  • 2/3 pack Jack’s frozen hash browns
  • 80g baby spinach
  • 1 x 400g Jack’s baked beans
  • ¾ pack Jack’s grated mature cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
  2. Cook the sausages, bacon, black pudding and hash browns according to pack instructions.
  3. Layer the hash browns into the bottom of a medium ovenproof dish.
  4. Top with the black pudding, bacon, spinach, halved sausages, beans and cheese.
  5. Place in the oven to bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Serve straightaway.
