Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner BBQ Meatball Skewer With Tomato And Sweetcorn Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 pack 12 beef meatballs
- 1 onion, half cut into wedges, half finely chopped
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 x 340g can sweetcorn, drained
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 pack basil, leaves picked and torn
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Slide the meatballs and onion wedges onto soaked wooden skewers or metal skewers.
- Cook meatballs according to pack instructions or on a BBQ.
- Tip the tomatoes, onion, sweetcorn, orange juice, oil and basil into a bowl.
- Season with salt and black pepper and toss together.
- Serve the meatballs on top of the salsa.
