Desserts Banoffee Trifle
Serves : 6-8
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients
- 1 x 400g tin caramel
- 600ml double cream
- 1 x 114g pack Cadbury’s chocolate fingers
- 2 x 232g McVitie’s Sticky Toffee Pudding loaves
- 6-8 bananas, thickly sliced
- Cadbury’s Snowballs to decorate
- Christmas decorations – trees
Method

Crush chocolate fingers.

Layer crushed chocolate fingers into a serving bowl.

Whisk caramel and 400ml cream together until thickened.

Cut sticky toffee pudding into 1cm thick slices.

Layer bananas, sticky toffee pudding, and caramel cream over the top.

Repeat layers until the bowl is full.

Whisk last of the double cream until firm peaks form.

Spoon over the top.

Decorate with Reindeer, snowballs and trees.
