Archers Snow Globe | Christmas Drink Recipes

Ingredients

  • 80g mixed berries - blackberries, raspberries and blueberries
  • 4 small sprigs rosemary
  • 100ml Archers Peach Schnapps
  • 200ml lemonade/tonic

Method

  1. Divide the berries between 2 goblet style glasses – they need to be freezer friendly.
  2. Settle the rosemary in the centre of the berries.
  3. Add enough water to just cover the berries.
  4. Transfer to the freezer and freeze until solid.
  5. When solid, add the Peach Schnapps and lemonade and serve straightaway.
