Tortilla Calzone

Ingredients

  • 2 Old El Paso tortillas
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbsp Mutti Pizza Sauce Aromatica with Oregano and Basil
  • 30g Jack’s grated mozzarella
  • 30g Jack’s grated cheddar
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 4 pieces Old El Paso jalapenos
  • 1 head little gem lettuce, leaves separated

Method

  1. Brush the beaten egg around the outside edge of the tortilla.
  2. Spread the rest of the tortilla with pizza sauce.
  3. Lay the mozzarella, cheddar, peperoni, a few tomatoes halves and jalapenos on one side.
  4. Fold the tortilla over the filling.
  5. Seal the edges gently and crimp with a fork.
  6. Place in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes on 180°C until golden brown and hot through.
  7. Serve straightaway with the little gem and remaining cherry tomatoes.
