Ingredients
- 2 crumpets
- 1 tbsp Jack’s peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Jack’s raspberry jam
- 40g Easter egg, broken up
- 1 Cadbury’s creme egg
Method
- Cut the crumpets in half horizontally.
- Spread the base of one crumpet with peanut butter.
- Spread the top with 1 tbsp raspberry jam.
- Top the peanut butter piece with Easter egg.
- Layer the raspberry crumpet on top.
- Smash the cream egg creme egg over the base of the second crumpet.
- Spread the top with 1 tbsp raspberry jam.
- Place in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes at 170°C until hot through and the chocolate has melted.
- Serve straightaway.
