Air Fryer Crumpets

Ingredients

  • 2 crumpets
  • 1 tbsp Jack’s peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Jack’s raspberry jam
  • 40g Easter egg, broken up
  • 1 Cadbury’s creme egg

Method

  1. Cut the crumpets in half horizontally.
  2. Spread the base of one crumpet with peanut butter.
  3. Spread the top with 1 tbsp raspberry jam.
  4. Top the peanut butter piece with Easter egg.
  5. Layer the raspberry crumpet on top.
  6. Smash the cream egg creme egg over the base of the second crumpet.
  7. Spread the top with 1 tbsp raspberry jam.
  8. Place in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes at 170°C until hot through and the chocolate has melted.
  9. Serve straightaway.
