Air Fried Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 small tortillas
  • 50g Jack’s bolognaise sauce
  • 40g Jack’s grated mozzarella
  • 40g Jack’s grated mature cheddar cheese
  • 30g pepperoni

Method

  1. Lay one tortilla onto the board and spread half the bolognaise sauce over the top, right to the edges.

  2. Scatter with half both cheeses and half the pepperoni.

  3. Lay a second tortilla on top and repeat the process with the rest of the sauce, cheeses and pepperoni so you have a double stack of tortillas.

  4. Place into the air fryer and heat on AIR FRY at 200C, for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and hot through.

  5. Carefully remove from the air fryer, cut into wedges and serve straightaway.
